SOME IMPORTANT STUFF TO KEEP IN MIND:
Processes all orders between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm (PST), Monday through Friday. Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays). Processing time varies upon product availability and production requirements (name/number customization). Customized products may take 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) to ship out.
NOTE: Orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays will not be shipped until the following business day, which will be Monday. Weekends are not considered business day nor do we process or ship orders on weekends. Please take that under consideration when placing your order.
CUSTOMIZED PLAYER NAME & NUMBER ORDERS
Player Name & Number sets may add 1-3 business days for processing before your item is shipped regardless of which shipping method you choose.
All customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are responsible for your package until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is no longer within our control. At checkout, we recommend selecting the USPS Priority Mail delivery option, which includes up to $100 in insurance against loss or damage. If you do not pick Priority Mail shipping and the USPS loses or damages your order, Shopping-Hunter cannot issue a refund. Most orders are shipped via USPS and are insured by USPS.
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FILE A CLAIM WITH USPS. WE DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT! IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT.
ORDERING FOR YOUR TEAM?
When placing an order for your club team, please allow up to 2 weeks for processing. We know, that sounds like a long time doesn’t it? The processing time for these orders depends on product availability, production requirements, and seasonal changes.
We want you to love your new purchase, but we understand that from time to time, you may have to return or exchange an item. Here at Shopping-Hunter , we strive to make this process as easy as possible. When sending back items, please send all new, unused, and unworn products to us within 30 (thirty) days of the order fulfillment date to receive a refund for the products you purchased.
HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS
You must pay the shipping label to ship the item back to us.
You’ll need your order number and your email or phone number on the order to start a return process.
Don’t Have the original tags attached, and be in original packaging.
Products cannot be washed or have an odor smell such as perfume cologne deodorant.
Customized Items (Professional Player Name and/or Numbers, Personalized Name and/or Numbers, Logos, Patches, etc.)

All our brands stand behind their products. If you purchased an item that you believe is flawed or defective, you may return your product back to Shopping-Hunter up to 30 (thirty) days from the purchase date. Click here to start the process. If the item is defective, we will cover for the return label.

If you ordered the wrong item by accident and we’ve already shipped the package, please begin your exchange process using our returns process from our website.
Note: You’ll be responsible for covering the shipping cost to return the item to us, and we will cover the replacement item shipping cost.

If we’ve somehow shipped the wrong product(s) to you, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please start your return or exchange request using our website returns process and we will cover the return label cost for that item(s) to be returned to us. You could make the exchange through our portal and will ship you the correct item right away.
